To make changes to an existing user's account, first, locate them in the user list on the People page.

Edit Existing User Accounts, Method 1

  1. Go to People in the main navigation menu.
  2. Select the checkbox to the left of the user(s) you would like to edit.
  3. Select an Action and click Apply to selected items.
    • Note: The Action dropdown will allow you to add/remove roles from users as well as block/unblock users.

Edit Existing User Accounts, Method 2

  1. Go to People in the main navigation menu.
  2. Alternately, in the Operations column, click Edit. This will open up the user's profile which you can then edit.
    • Note: For a quicker way to edit roles for a user, you can select the down arrow next to Edit, then select Roles.
