Publication List

Publication Lists can be added to Pages, in 1-column layouts only. 

The Publications List pulls the most recent content from Scholars@Duke each time the page loads, so there is no publishing delay.

Add a Publication List

1. When editing a Page, click Add Content Block and choose Publication List.

2. Enter an Administrative Title.

3. Enter a Display Title.

4. Select an ID Type:

• Organization ID
  • In the IDs field, enter your unit's Organization ID from Scholars@Duke.
    • Example: for org12345678, please enter 12345678.
    • You may add multiple Organization IDs.
  • Select the Primary Appointments Only checkbox, if applicable. If checked, your list will display only publications where one or more authors have a primary appointment in your unit.
• DUID
  • In the IDs field, enter the DUID for the scholar whose publications you want to include from Scholars@Duke.
    • DUID is the 7-digit Duke University ID.
    • You may add multiple DUIDs.

5. Choose a Timeframe* from the dropdown.

6. Choose Number of Items per page* (1 – 100) to display in the Publication List.

• To display all publications, enter "0".

7. Check the Published box – or uncheck it if you want to hide this block.
