Sites@Duke Pro uses Qualtrics to create and embed webforms.

  1. Create your own surveys, polls, questionnaires and forms using Duke Qualtrics.
  2. Embed your forms within a Page, using the Iframe content block.

Other Forms Products

Sites Pro does not integrate directly with Kuali Build or other third-party form builder products. Only Qualtrics can be embedded into a Page using the iFrame block.
