The Clone feature is especially helpful when you want to duplicate similar content, like a Page or Story with a similar layout.

Accessing the Clone Feature

  1. Find the existing piece of content you wish to clone, and navigate to its Edit screen.
  2. Click the Clone tab in the upper right.

Cloning a Content Item

  1. Select the Save cloned Content as published checkbox if you wish for your cloned item to be published content. Leave it unchecked if you want it to be unpublished.
  2. Click the Clone button.

Cloned Content Titles

The word "- Cloned" will be automatically added to the end of the cloned item's Title, to differentiate it from the original item. You are welcome to edit it.

We recommend using unique Titles for each piece of content to make them easier for end users and site editors to find.
